A transformed office and event center for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors
Out with the old, in with the bold. Our team helped transform an outdated one-story office on Broadway Extension into a striking, two-story modern office building and event center. With a design that blends luxury with warmth, high-end finishes, and a rooftop patio with a view, this project redefines what an office can be — and offers a new destination for business events.

Challenge
The original office was cramped, outdated, and inefficient. The challenge was to create a modern office that could also accommodate large events — while staying within budget and making the most of the site. Plus, the existing parking lot needed a total overhaul as well to maximize space and handle stormwater runoff.
Solution
We tore down the old one-story building and replaced it with a sleek office complex that meets all the modern needs of a growing business. The interior design is a study in contrasts, featuring a sophisticated mix of refined and unrefined materials. A shared lobby connects the office area to the event center, which comes complete with a rooftop patio offering views of downtown Oklahoma City. The exterior design maintains this balance, with a break area and patio that combine warm wood features with the building’s clean lines.
We reimagined the parking lot to fit 92 stalls and ensure smooth vehicle flow, all while including an on-site detention pond to manage rainwater runoff efficiently. The new layout optimized space, improved circulation, and added much-needed capacity.

Result
A stunning new workspace that seamlessly combines luxury, functionality, and flexibility. The two-story office building is now a standout on Broadway Extension, while the event center serves as a dynamic venue for corporate events and community gatherings. The new parking layout works better than ever, and the design improvements make this building a lasting asset for its owners and the community.
